A shot for the flu

February and March are known as the montsh when many of us get sick. We would therefore like to share our recipe on a ginger & tumeric shot, to prevent you from getting the flu. This little sucker will also fight inflammation and soothe an upset stomach –  Perfect!

Ingredients
1.5 cm fresh ginger

1.5 cm tumeric root (or raw tumeric powder)
1 apple

Try to use organic ingredients if possible.

Instructions
Juice all the ingredients (or stir in the tumeric powder) and enjoy!
