Rebecca is a Certified Stress Management and Relaxation Therapist, Health & Wellness Coach and Nutritionist.
Rebecca will guide you and work with you to create effective boundaries and balance in your life. Her goal is for you to learn healthy ways to cope during stressful times with techniques that reduce stress, relieve tension throughout the body, to gain a calm and peaceful state of mind. Her sessions can also help you understand your own cognitive behaviour, which is an essential part of stress management. By learning effective tools that help you identify stress, you will recognize what you can control and what you need to let go of in your daily life.
After 15 years of International Sales and Marketing, Rebecca herself went through a mental and physical burnout in 2014 and was struggling with many of the symptoms for two years. She knows from experience the level of overwhelming physical and emotional stress and what consequences emerge and how they affect our health. Rebecca is here to ensure that you look after yourself and says: “This is my very own way to give back and help PREVENT what I went through”.
- Stress Management: Learn how to cope with your individual stress, and understand your stress response through cognitive behavior exercises.
- With Relaxation Therapy, she will teach and guide you through breathing exercises, meditation and progressive muscle relaxation that eliminates tension throughout the body.
- Mindfulness and Self-Awareness: Learn how to maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle and nurturing lens.
Sessions are confidential and open to everyone and taught in Swedish and/or English. Schedule your first 60 min consultation for 600kr to discuss reaching your health goals.
Price: 1 200kr per hour.
