Sundays are for brunch, no debate there. If it´s vegan, it´s even better and throw a little yoga in there and you got yourself the perfect start to the day.
We were lucky enough to be treated with the perfect combination of yoga, bubbles and a vegan brunch yesterday as we were invited by mymuesli to a beautiful event organized by Angelica Eldh and The Yoga Story.
We joined a joyful bunch of ladies in the adorable courtyard of Ling Long. When we arrived, we changed into a pair of tights and a sports bra from “I Can I Will” and enjoyed Frill´s frozen smoothie topped with mymuesli´s summer muesli. Afterwards we tuned in for 60 minutes of Vinyasa led by Ayla Earey on the beautiful mats from Grounded Factory, mats which are so pretty they messed with our balance poses since we couldn’t stop staring at the tropical prints. Lastly we got to mingle with all the ladies present while enjoying champagne (even spiced with Frill), followed by an amazing vegan brunch. The food was seriously TOO good!
It was a wonderful start to a sunny Sunday and we are grateful to have been invited. Thank you mymuesli, Angelica, The Yoga Story, Grounded Factory, I Can I Will, Frill and all the other ladies there.

On Saturday 29th of April we got together for a Heartfulness & Acceptance Workshop at Studio Levels, in Stockholm city.
We took the morning off, setting aside time to observe, listen and follow our heart. It was a workshop filled with love, humor and self-awareness, where Life Coach Sandra Aggemo accompanied us through a heartfulness practice, introducing us to different methods, helping us to listen and trust our inner self.
We want to thank everyone who came and spent their morning with us and Sandra for guiding us through the workshop. Also, a big thanks to Studio Levels and NOA Relax & Focus.

Visiting Chicago for a week, our very own yoga teacher, Mo, decided to team up with Del from Del’s Cooking Twist for a yoga & breakfast event.
After interviewing Del last week about her life as a food blogger they concluded that by combining their two passions they could offer the perfect morning treat: 45 minutes hatha yoga followed by an all vegan breakfast, all in an intimate and cozy space with an amazing view over Chicago.
Del had prepared all vegan treats including: beetroot pesto toast with avocado, tahini toasts with sun-dried tomatoes, berry smoothies, granola cups and peanut butter cups with cashew and lime spread, raw energy balls, freshly squeezed orange juice and green detox tea from David’s Tea. It was absolutely delicious! You can find all the recipes and more inspiration on her blog and download her free e-book.
It was a real pleasure to work with Del and welcome everyone, including fellow yoga teacher Stephanie. A great way to spend a sunny and bright morning in snowy Chicago.
On December 17th, we had a yoga workshop in collaboration with Subhechha Yoga at Clarion Sign in Stockholm. Mikaela and Morgane, the two lovely souls behind Subhechha Yoga started off talking a little about how to stay centered in the midst of the Christmas chaos, before guiding us through a 75 minutes Hatha yoga class, leaving us feeling relaxed and centered.
Christmas for many can be stressful, and it was nice to see so many beautiful yogis show up and dedicate that time for themselves. Such an amazing way to welcome the holiday.
We want to thank Grounded Factory for lending us their beautiful mats, Clarion Hotel Sign for letting us host the event at their amazing hotel and Run & Relax for a whole outfit for one lucky winner to bring home! And of course; NOA, mymuesli, Tidningskungen, Holistic Sweden and Nova Concept who helped us create goodie bags filled with lovely treats.
