Sundays are for lying in bed in the early morning hours, reading the newspaper or a good book before you eventually get up to seize the day. And when you do, why not boost your system with this energizing smoothie? This recipe contains both banana and avocado, which will keep you full for hours and give the smoothie a lovely flavor (despite the brown color).



1 banana
½ avocado
Handful of baby spinach
1cup frozen berries
1tbsp. hemp protein
1½ cup almond milk (homemade)

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with blackberries (or other berries/coconut flakes) on top.
