Even though winter is around the corner (or already here in some parts of the world) we would like to share a recipe for an exotic, fresh vinaigrette. We hope this recipe will light up your lunch or dinner. Give it a try and leave a comment below and let us know what you think!
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil (organic if possible)
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp Brazil nut butter (or almond butter)
1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
A pinch of salt & pepper
Use a bowl or a jar and add all ingredients ( include a pinch of salt and pepper). Screw the lid on tightly and shake or use a whisk. Drizzle on top of a salad and enjoy.
