It’s finally time for our monthly book corner again! We continue diving into the world of books and share some of our favorites with you.

The Leader’s Way by Dalai Lama & Laurens Van Den Muyzenberg
The book is written by Dalai Lama and the international management consultant Laurens van den Muyzenberg. This may strike you as a normal business/management book at first, but once you have read a couple of chapters you will have a deeper understanding about the global business landscape, Buddism and how everything is interconnected.


Gut: The Inside Story of Our Body’s Most Underrated Organ by Giulia Enders
Giulia Enders, a German writer and scientist, quickly became known world wide for her book about the gut! In this book she explains the gut and it’s true purpose, and how our guts reactions is connected with our physical and mental wellbeing. She covers questions about gluten and lactose intolerance, how the gut affects our mood and the communication between the gut and the brain. A must read that truly will open our eyes.


The Life-Changing Magic of Not Giving a F*ck by Sarah Knight
This book teaches us the art of caring less, something we all should get better at. We all feel stressed, overbooked and underwhelmed by life at times, often focusing to much on pleasing everyone else before pleasing ourselves. This book gives you the tools to shame- and guilt free focus on the people and things that make YOU happy.
