Orange kick

We are recommended to eat more fruit and vegetables, preferably five a day. However, that’s easier said than done. Our tip is: start juicing!

Not only will it be easier to stick to the recommended amount of greens, but it may as well be a fun way to add them to your diet. The health benefits are also a reason to love it. Did you know that when food is cooked over 42 degrees you start to deactivate necessary and useful enzymes? Since fruits and vegetables are juiced raw, the enzymes are still viable when you drink the juice. In addition, fruit and vegetable juices are a good source of nutrients. We could give you more reasons, but would rather share our orange kick recipe – you’re gonna love it!

Ingredients
1 lemon
2 Apples
2 carrots
Ginger (1-2 cm)

Instructions
Peel the lemon and put all the ingredients in a juicer. Enjoy!
