Pink perfection

The National Cancer Institute (NCI) recommends that deep red or bright pink fruits and vegetables should be eaten every day. Substances only found in these plants, help our bodies fight diseases and promotes good health. 

Since we are huge fans of wild raspberries we are very happy to have come across this information. Wild raspberries are seen and found all across our globe, but are believed to have originated in eastern Asia. Did you know that they are packed with manganese and dietary fiber which will actually slow down the digestive process and keep you full longer? The oil from raspberries also contain a “sun protection factor” with vitamin c and will help of our skin while aging  – great isn’t it?

We are excited that we soon are able to pick raspberries ourselves, in the wild. Why not try to include them in your morning smoothie, porridge, eat them raw or add  them (chilled) into your drinks. How do you like to eat you daily portion? Drop a comment below!
