Christmas is just around the corner and we all know what that means, loooots of mingle events where you will be offered a lot of the classic Christmas sweets. We would like to share a recipe you could serve your friends/colleagues, when it’s your turn to host. It will only take you 10 mins to make these delicious Christmas bites.
Ingredients (8-10 bites)
3 tbsp. Hazelnut butter (you can also use peanut or almond butter)
1 tbsp. coconut oil (melted)
50 g dark chocolate (or vegan)
A pinch of sea salt
Use a bowl and combine the melted coconut oil with hazelnut butter and put in the freezer for a couple of minutes. Melt the dark chocolate in a sauce pan and set aside to cool. When the nut/coco mixture have set use a teaspoon and make round bites. Dip them in the melted chocolate and add a pinch of salt. Put them on a plate and let them set in the freezer again before serving with a cup of coffee or gluwine.
