Summer mocktail

It’s summer time and, according to us,  the best occassion to lie in the sun, put on the shades and sip on a nice drink. We would like to share a recipe which is both healthy as well as filling. The best thing is that it only requires a few ingredients!

Ingredients (serves 2)
2 dl coconut milk (preferably organic)
2.5 dl Pineapple juice (preferably freshly juiced)
2.5 dl crushed ice
1.5 dl crushed pineapple
1 to 2 tbsp brown sugar (optional)

Instructions
Use a blender and add the pineapple juice, crushed pineapple, coconut milk, brown sugar (optional) and ice cubes. Mix everything until you have a nice consitency. Serve in a high ball glass and enjoy with your loved ones!
