A dairy-free, vegan smoothie with lots of vitamins to boost your body! The fresh ingredients such as strawberries, will give you a taste of summer (while we wait patiently). It’s the perfect smoothie to-go!
Ingredients (serves 2)
2 dl fresh strawberries (chopped)
1/2 pineapple (peeled and chopped)
2 dl cold water
1/2 lemon ( or lime)
Start off by washing all the ingredients. Add the strawberries, pineapple and water in a blender. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze out all the fruit juice – just make sure no stones get in the blender otherwise it will leave you with a bitter flavor. Blend everything for about 2 minutes and serve in two glasses – Enjoy!
