Training after pregnancy with Personal Trainer Marie Emre

The Workout Plan Mama is for those of you who want to get back in shape and strengthen your body after a pregnancy and who may need that extra little push and motivation.

Personal Trainer Marie Emre will guide you through 9 workouts, spread throughout July. You will work out outdoors, in small groups and of course the little one is part of it. Everyone is welcome, regardless of level.

In order to get to know each other better before you start, the first class will be more like an information meeting during which you will go through questions you might have. Then you will go through the exercises that will best strengthen your back and stomach muscles step by step to make sure you do each exercise properly in the future.

What you get is 9 classes, one information meeting, monitoring of diastase, support, motivation and that extra push 24/7. The first class will be held Tuesday 4th of July. Sign up today, limited spots!

Practical information
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays (+ Friday 28th) the whole month of July, 10:00 – 10:45
Where: Rålamshovsparken (under the bridge in case of rain)
