The best part of summer is to kick back with a cool, refreshing smoothie before spending the day on the beach. Sadly, summer is still months away, but that doesn’t stop us from creating our very own summer feeling in the kitchen with our Tropical smoothie!
1 cup frozen mango (fresh if in season)
1tsp chia seeds (can be excluded)
2tbsp yoghurt (natural, greek or turkish)
Pineapple juice (as much as you need to get the thickness you want)
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. That’s it! Made with love.
