Need a side dish for today’s dinner? Why not bake a batch of sweet potato fries? Just what we´re craving right now.
Sweet potatoes are a great source of beta-carotene and contains a high amount of vitamin A and C, and are also full of calcium, potassium, iron, vitamin B6 and fiber. On top of that they have a lower glycemic index than regular potatoes.
Fun Fact: It’s said that no other food on the planet contains more vitamin A than sweet potatoes, and it has actually been used as a healing plant in South America for over 5’000 years. Today it’s said to be useful when treating cancer patients.

Rosemary (or other spices of your choice)
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees while you peel the potatoes. Cut them into strips and place them on a baking tray. Pour a little oil over them, salt them and season them with the spices of your choosing. Cooking time is around 25-30 minuted and voilá, you have some super tasty fries!
