Get up off that chair

Have you ever thought about how much you sit during a day? If you work in an office, chances are you’re spending a minimum of eight hours sitting down. Not to mention many of us are planted on a chair to watch TV or read the rest of the day. That’s an awful lot of sitting!

An increasing number of studies show that people with sitting jobs have twice the rate of cardiovascular disease and are actually 54% more likely to die of an heart attack. Our bodies are not built for all this sitting down. So, what can we do?

All you got to do right now is click on play, listen and learn (preferably while standing up).

So, I guess you feel ready to get up off that chair? Follow these simple stretching exercises in the picture below sometime during the day. Happy stretching!
