Off all the greens, kale is the king! It’s one of the world’s healthiest food, packed with vitamins, minerals, dietary fiber and rich in iron. We give you three kale-licious ways to eat this super plant!
Tips: If the kale has become a tad lax, put it in cold water and it will get its crisp back.
We love the endless possibilities when it comes to smoothies. You can mix and add almost everything, and kale is no exception.
1 cup chopped kale
½ cup apple juice
½ cup of ice
1tbsp. lemon juice
Mix all the ingredients in a blender and serve with a straw.
Crispy kale chips is a classic we bet most of you have tried already. If not, we recommend you to do so ASAP!
A bunch of kale
Desired amount of parmesan
1tbsp. olive oil
Rinse clean the kale, remove the thick stems and tear the leaves into pieces. Put in a bowl and add the olive oil and parmesan cheese. Massage into the leaves, before placing them on a baking tray and add salt. Set in the oven at 175 degrees for about 10-11 minutes. Cool of the chips and enjoy!

A handful of fresh basil
3 leaves of kale without stem
1 garlic glove
50g grated parmesan
1dl olive oil
Salt and pepper
Cook the kale for a few minutes and cool in cold water. Then put all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Move over to a glass jar and add the oil. Season with salt and pepper.
