Nutrition Smoothies/Juices


It is that time of year when many of us get sick. It is cold outside and can therefore be good to fuel your body with lots of vitamins and nutrients from raw vegetables.

Our favorite is without doubt Mr.Green. Mr.Green is a tad bitter, but boy does he help boost the immune system!

1 Pineapple
1 Cucumber
4 apples
1 lemon
2 handfuls of kale (or 1 broccoli)
Big chunk of ginger

Peel, chop and juice all the ingredients. Best served cold. This recipe results in one big bottle and can be stored in the fridge until the next day.
