Two of our favorite fruits this time of year are pineapple and melon – together they make the perfect match. We would like to share a recipe for an easy and quick smoothie that includes these two wonderful fruits! Try it out and let us know what you think.
Ingredients (serves 1)
3 dl watermelon chunks (preferably seedless)
2-3 dl frozen pineapple (chopped)
1 dl coconut water (or coconut milk for a creamer version)
5 fresh mint leaves
Combine all the ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Garnish with additional mint leaves and enjoy!
