Homemade Nutella! A must have on the breakfast table on a late Sunday morning.
Fun fact: Did you know cacao is a top source for antioxidants and is said to improve your mood? Cacao is rich in agents that enhance the production of various feel-good chemicals in the brain, and possesses anti-depressant, mood-elevating properties.
4tbsp raw cacao
3tbsp agave syrup (or maple syrup)
Roast the hazelnuts in the oven for 8-10 minutes, 180 degrees. Let them cool before you mix them in a blender until completely pulverized. Place the pulverized nuts into a bowl and add the other ingredients. Use a handblender and add water until you find the consistency you like. Store in a glass jar in the fridge. Can be enjoyed on bread, on pancakes or right from the spoon!
