When in a rush

Sometimes the day just doesn’t hold enough hours, and we don’t have the time or energy to spend countless hours in the kitchen. Nevertheless, we want something healthy and tasteful, and for such days we have a recipe at hand! It’s super easy to whip up, yet taste delicious.

Pasta of your choice
Cherry tomatoes
Ruccola salad
Balsamic vinegar
Parmesan cheese

Boil desired amount of pasta. When the pasta is ready, stir in the pesto and top with sliced cherry tomatoes, salad and balsamic vinegar. If you prefer some meat you can add chicken, bacon or salami. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and voilà, you have yourself a real Italian dish!
